Injection systems
Steel injection packer — flat nipple
Flat-nipple variant for shallow drillings and tight working room against an adjacent face.
Details
Zinc-plated steel packer with a button-head nipple. The standard fitting for resin injection into cracks and joints.
Drilled into the crack at an angle, tightened until the rubber sleeve expands and grips, then charged through the non-return button head. The valve holds pressure between strokes so the resin keeps travelling rather than backing out of the hole.
Used with polyurethane resins for water-bearing cracks and with epoxies for structural re-bonding.
